Another pointless task...
Well having spent a day reading the manual for the database at work i can now honestly say….I fell asleep. 500 pages on telling me how to enter contacts, use a specialist calender and send secure emails…..funny all that got covered in the army.

Well the past week I’ve been doing this new training program for the French Foreign Legion, designed by a Caporal Chef for people aspiring to go to FFL Selection at Aubagne.
There are some ground rules though: You can always do better, you don’t stop because of pain, you’re only going fast enough when “the sweat is running down your face and stinging your eyes”.
